I have a bit of lordosis in my back which at night causes some small pain when laying down in bed. Any advice anyone can give to build strength to correct the curve?
Shoulders are rounded a bit forward, i stretch people for a living and i believe its contributing to the problem. Also, any advice here?
My neck also pokes forwards, causing a pull on my traps which get real tight. I also noticed that when i do full body weight chin ups my shoulder wont go back , they are a bit rounded once at the top...is this normal?
