Loose Skin on Pecs

Good evening from sunny Wales. I’m 55, 6 feet tall and about 80kg’s with 10% bodyfat. I’m lean and very toned at the moment but have noticed i’m getting saggy skin underneath my nipples. I understand it’s probably my skin losing elasticity as I age (just like my wrinkly face :grin:) but wondered if anyone had any advice and tips on how I can tighten this area.

Thank you very much Sir, my upper and ‘side’ chest’ is looking good so it looks like a need to specifically target that lower chest area

No, I’ve lost a couple of kg’s over the last 18 months or so but nothing significant.
