Looking for Yates Heavy Duty Routine.

So Im searching for Yattes Heavy duty routine or blood and guts,Any info Would be great, thanks.

There has been a lot of inquiries on his program and training methodology on here lately. Its very easy. Buy his book, A Warrior’s Story and his video, Blood and Guts. I follow his training “ideology” but do not follow his exact program, nor do I think anyone should, unless they had the exact same structure and strengths and weaknesses as Dorian.

Searching? Have you tried THIS site? It’s all over the BB forum.

Or Google “Dorian Yates”. His site is full of info.

There is a whole big huge artical on it in the cuernt issue of Flex. Its the 25th aniversury issue with Arnold on the front

Even in his book he mentions several of the programs/splits he’s used over the years. I know in Flex, they’ve published various articles with what he was doing at the time. I remember reading the article after his bicep tear where he outlined how he had changed his exercise selection and rep ranges.
