Looking for Training Advice

Hi everybody it's my first time posting here.I'm really just looming for any advice on how to train to gain muscle mass/bulk up, as I've hit a plateu and am not very well informed about lifting.

I'm 19 years old, 6'2" about 190lbs and moderately built. I have a naturally slender build but have put on about 20 lbs in the last year through training on my own. Any information would be much appreciated!!!

Eat a reasonable caloric surplus and get significantly stronger on ALL your lifts, without ignoring muscle groups.

You asked a very vague question, we can only give vague answers.

I was kind of looking for the best split and rep/set range for maximal muscle growth

And to answer your question, the program and diet you stick to is the best. hence, the stickies.
