Hi everybody it's my first time posting here.I'm really just looming for any advice on how to train to gain muscle mass/bulk up, as I've hit a plateu and am not very well informed about lifting.
I'm 19 years old, 6'2" about 190lbs and moderately built. I have a naturally slender build but have put on about 20 lbs in the last year through training on my own. Any information would be much appreciated!!!
