Looking for Tips on My Squat Form

I’m looking for tips on my squat form. Here’s a video of me squatting 5 reps at about 50% 1RM: - YouTube


I’d like to see a single at around 95% or at least a triple at around 88%-90% for a “form check.” It is much harder to spot form issues if you aren’t struggling a bit. That said, your depth and basic form looked safe and acceptable to me. You could maybe get a touch deeper and smooth out the descent and transition a bit. I suspect your upper back could be tighter as well. Overall that’s a better squat than I usually see at a commercial gym.
