Hello everyone, I am new to the site. I was thinking about doing cycle of something. Not sure what though. I am 33, 6’3", 225lbs. I have 15% bodyfat. Looking to lean out. I have drastically changed my diet. Much cleaner now.
I also had shoulder surgery about 8months ago. So, if there is anything that I might benefit from it would be appreciated.
