Looking for Simple Weightlifting Diet

Nothing fancy. Just the basics on a budget. What do you guys eat in a day? Cutting or bulking. Looking for both? Keep it simple , I am a slow thinker and have a house full of kids that dictate the meals for most part. Im looking for something I can easily prepare on my own without breaking the bank. Thanks in advance....

Fruits as snacks throughout the day
Veggies at lunch
Aminos And carbs during training
That’s basis 1

Add cheap nutrient whole foods: eggs, whole fat stuff, meats and more veggies, at dinner
