Looking For New Workout, TB

I have finished ABBH, and I’m looking for a full budy program that doesn’t take up too much time, and either has very short rest periods or longer rest periods, because when I do get a spare hour to lift, I get distracted by the computer, which I play my music on.

Any suggestions? I’m not cutting or anything, just trying to improve strength and size, while still working up a sweat (if that’s a good thing).

LOL ok total body with well long or short rest. not inbetween.

Man there are tons TBT by CW, Ren. BBing by CT, hell all the coaches.

You want something breif and brutal with well no real rest periods per say. I say buy a shit ton of food and do a few weeks of full body EDT.
