I've been trying to find an old article but unfortunately I can't remember the title or author. It talked about a training split that had 2 days (U/L) powerlifting, a rest day, then 3 bodybuilding days (chest/back, legs, arms/shoulders . . I think). I know it's a bit of a shot in the dark, but if anyone knows what I'm talking about (or is skilled enough to dig through the archives) I would appreciate it.
