weak trolling, you posted on TN on November 1st and 3rd.

I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would make up a story like this and post it to an internet forum.

It’s what people resort to in the absence of booze and sex.

OP aren’t you a virgin at like 23-24 who’s mom pins his ass with roids?

and one of those “no really, i want to be a virgin cos i want it to be so special” LIARS.

it is pretty weird you have made this thread.

seek help.

In the fall of 1983 I met a girl, both of us at the same university.

In the spring of 1984 the girl and I became exclusive.

In the fall of 1984 I graduated, moved away, and continued the relationship long distance.

In the summer of 1985, as part of her degree, girl goes on a university sponsored field trip. Girl gets separated from her class mates on a free day. Walking alone through a national park girl is confronted by an assailant. Girl is “raped and sodomized at gun point”, the quote coming from girl’s horrified professor who had lead this particular field trip for a decade and nothing like this had ever happened. Girl said “no”, girl vomited during assault, definitely rape, no question about it. Girl at hospital, rape kit administered, and a police report taken. Girl thinks I won’t want her any more, thinking she’s “damaged goods”.

Summer 1985 I propose marriage over the phone from 2,000 miles away. Girl accepts proposal.

Summer 1985 girl returns home. Her family none the wiser. Girl and I continue the relationship.

Winter 1986, girl and I get married.

Summer 1986, girl’s father receives a package from the police department, in whose jurisdiction the assaulted occurred; statute of limitations on the case having lapsed, no perpetrator found, evidence being returned to the victim. Clothing worn during, and evidence of, the assault.

2014 girl can’t serve on a jury because she was the victim of a violent crime. Her civil rights having been taken away from her years after the fact of the actual incident.

2014 OP clouds serious issue with trolling post. An issue that requires nuance, understanding, empathy, and compassion; a topic that can barely be discussed intelligently in the first place now further clouded by OP’s obfuscation and apparent need for attention. A disservice to all women; mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, aunts, nieces, girl friends, girlfriends, and female acquaintances.

I see where you are coming from but here is the problem.

Rape is probably simultaneously one of the most underreported and the most overreported crimes.

So, while a lot of women that have been raped do not come forward, a lot of women who have not been raped make false allegations.

OPs story is not that far fetched, considering some women will claim to have been sexually assaulted to avoid paying for a cab fare.

I see where you are coming from but here is the problem. Lying about false rape accusations doesn’t help the problem. Whether OPs story is “far fetched” or not is irrelevant if its actually false. If its actually false then he’s a complete shit bag and a big part of the problem.

The first half isn’t that farfetched. Spending 4 days in county because of it is.

To me it’s pretty much the same thing. I don’t see much difference between lying about the assault, or lying about a false accusation. Granted, he’s not pressing charges against this hypothetical false accuser… but still.

Unless he’s trying to draw out a “hey, this happened to me” to entrap someone, I really don’t see the point.

OP, I’d stay the fuck out Maine^^^^^^

You should never ever ever talk to police without a attorney present. Always refuse to talk without attorney. Alsways ask if your being charged if the answer is no simply say book me or let me go. Worse they can do is put you on 24hr hold. When they say can & will use it against you they mean it. Hire a lawyer now and stop talking to cops. You could very easily get railroaded into some bullshit.

Dont help these guys make a case against you get your checkbook ready, or get ready for many many days lifting weights and playing cards with assholes in a basement

The statute of limitations runs out after only two years? That’s very fucked up.

Yes, probably a good idea to consult with an attorney before talking to the cops, especially in reference to serious crimes. You would be surprised at how many waive their rights though.

I often get a chuckle at some who refuse to talk without an attorney and then are lodged on the charge anyways because there was enough evidence to establish the probable cause to make the arrest. What I chuckle about is when we obtain their taped jailhouse conversations where they shoot their mouths off to their mothers, wives, girlfriends or whoever about why they are lodged. Often times these conversations essentially contain confessions. Yes, they are advised that any phone calls they make are recorded.

Guess who ends up pleading guilty or begging for a plea agreement?

I like that the OP just lays out this troll, doesn’t come back to this thread but continues to post in other threads completely unashamed
