Looking for a Workout Program



could somebody direct me towards a beginner workout program?



For any particular goal? Is fat loss still your priority?

What kinds of results did you see with your last plan, the V-Diet training and your own diet?

Maybe try something like this

or for something very different than you're used to:

More important than your training, have you considered revising your nutrition plan?

There's nothing at all wrong with a well-designed vegan plan, but going high carb/low fat/low protein is (still) not what we want to be doing.


New Rules of Lifting for Women is a good book for a beginner and it demonstrates how to do everything :slightly_smiling:


Thanks. I have forgotten about the Fast Fat Loss Program I had used to enjoy it.

I dont think veganism is impossible.
