I might be moving to the Rutland, Vermont area next month and I would like to get a trainer to get stronger for football. I would like to try to get a scholarship to play football in college. If anyone knows of a trainer in the Defranco mold who is in Vermont please let me know. I want to put on size and also gain speed and flexibilty.
