Looking for a Pre-Contest Article

Sometime in the past year there was an article about how to manage hydration levels for the week prior to entering a contest. It was very specific about what to do seven days out, six days out, the last 12 hours, etc.

Anybody know which article this was? All the key words I can think of are talked about too frequently to be of any use.

“shredded in 6 days” I believe.
