Looking for a New Workout Plan


Current stats:
6' 182 lbs around 13-14% bf
bench: 180x5
squat: 235x5
dead: 315x5
oh press: 130x5

Looking for a good program possibly get my bench up some more (seems to be lagging). I'm still on a clean bulk for about another month or so then I will start my slow cut (probably LISS cardio and ~500 caloric deficit) please let me know what you have in mind.

At six feet tall, you shouldn't even be considering a cut until you're well over 200lbs. How many pounds per week are you gaining?


I'm just looking to drop some bf% on my "cut". just some unwanted chest and ab fat.

I started at 150 lbs.


At 150 lbs and 6 feet tall: you don't have fat, you have lack of muscle. If you want anyone to condone a cut at that weight we'll need pictures. Until then, eat and lift!

Lol I understand what you mean. well when I started to bulk it was a dirty bulk didn't really have my diet in check. once I fixed it I had already gained some unwanted fat hence why I want to lose the chest/ab fat.
