this is kinda long but here’s the scoop…I just joined a new band and I am leaving for tour June 25th.
I have that pretty much worked out…I figure I can do sit ups - maybe a little (gasp!) running - I am also bringing a bar (2.5" from brute strength) and two 20kg bumper plates with me. So if you see a guy with a bald head in a parking lot next to a club doing cleans and pressing…that will be me.
Anyway I have two months to look damn good so I can play with my shirt off. What program do you guys suggest? or should I just continue but add in HIIT? I have been making GREAT success with this in terms of gaining muscle and leaning out. Maybe I should try adding in some Hot-Rox? I really don’t want to cut calories at this point though. Just for the fact my strength levels and my muscle gains will suffer.

so what do you guys think? keep lifting heavy and add HIIT? Or should I change programs? Any critique is welcome. Thanks!
