Lookin Good but Not Making Progress

I seemed to have stopped making progress after slacking in my training recently. I havn't been to the gym for 3 months, probably going to go again next week though, if I can be arsed.

What's the best way for me to improve at the moment? I've got some pretty good lat definition as you can see as I lift my fork up in the picture, but I feel tired most of the time, or so it seems. Could this be to do with my diet? Are white carbs such as pastry, white bread, processed ham good energy sources? I smoke quite a lot of weed as well, could this be draining my motivation to hit the gym and throw some heavy iron around??

That's because you're an angry chode. My bulging delts tend to have that effect on those with undersized genatalia, yet oversized gym egos (the two arn't mutually exclusive).
