I was wondering if anyone had some advice on good ab work to add to my routine. Maybe some core exercises or some weighted ab work? I’m not really sure what to do. Also I have this pregnant belly kinda look.
If you’re fat, then I wouldn’t spend the time doing ab movements I’d rather invest the time in complexs and interval cardio.
why not do a search for something to help you out. its up there ^ go on have a look. its next to the bit that says ‘search’ its easy honestly.
