I’d say right now I’ve been out of the gym since february. I got a real nasty case of calcific tendonitis in my right elbow, on the tricep.
Stopped me from training any upper body - everything hurts bad, even random exercises that seem unrelated to any tricep movement.
I been training legs though - but that doesn’t count
I’ll be doing some magical therapy I found out about in September and hopefully be kicking ass in the gym before the end of the year.
