Long-Term TRT Users: How is Your Libido and Sexual Function?

Wanted to give some of you long-term users a quick survey, just so we can develop some anecdotal data points from this forum.

If you have the time, please answer the following questions: (I apologize if they’re a touch personal)

  1. What is your age?

  2. How long have you been on TRT?

  3. What’s your current protocol?

  4. How is your libido/desire for sex? Either rate out of 10, or describe in your own words.

  5. How is your erection quality? Either rate out of 10, or describe in your own words.

  6. How is your orgasm strength? Either rate out of 10, or describe in your own words.

  7. How is your ejaculate volume? Either rate out of 10, or describe in your own words.

  5. Erection is way worse than my youth.
  6. Orgasms feel as wonderful as ever, except my very first. I thought I was going to die. WOW!

Approaching the end of my first year on TRT
180mg/week split among 3 doses
Libido is good but not great
Erection quality isn’t great but I’m hoping to see improvement over time
Orgasm strength seems to be diminishing lately
Volume has been steadily dropping for the past few years, no change since beginning TRT.

The non-sexual benefits of TRT have been tremendous though - brain fog, emotional, mental, strength, stamina have all seen sharp improvement vs pre-TRT

  6. 6 unless I refrain from ejaculating for a few days then I would put it up to 8
  7. 6 but would say the same as above that it would increase with refraining
