Another thread floating around got me wondering, how many people have followed a long term generic program in its entirety?
When I mean long term I’m referring to something like Ian King’s 12 week programs, or even the generic programs that come in fitness books (NROL etc…).
It seems that most people only follow 1 phase of these programs, say it was good, then never follow up. Why is that?
Another thing that surprises me is that these same people recommend these programs without ever going through with them! (Yes yes, I know… they are of sound design)
