I have a nagging issue with the long head of the bicep where it connects near the collarbone. has hurt to bench with straight bar, hurts to barbell curl and sometimes hurts after sleep. Pain comes and goes and ice and ibuprophen takes care of it after a few days. Has been going on at times since the 1970's for me and I've been able to live with it and train around it. Never have done any real preventative stuff for it however. Last few years I've done a lot of stuff for the shoulder - face pulls, rear delt, rowing, etc. and got good results.
Anybody got any suggestions to articles, videos, or their own experience with this injury?
