Logging Training Daily

Questian for Coach Thib’s, in several of your podcasts you mention not training the same way more than 2 weeks in a row. According to your neurotype test I am very much type 2A as well and struggle with the same issue of trying to follow plans that are stagnant for more than 2-3 weeks (I have been that way for 20+ years of training). My question is, for purely hypertrophy/body comp/non-competitive BBing, do you bother to still keep track of all your sets and reps etc. or just go in there and just bang it out?
