Hello everyone, I have been in the forum for a short time and I am going to update all my records in the multiarticulars that I do with my current programming

I currently have push, pull and leg programming with a full duration of 9-10 a microcycle

As basic or exercises where I move more weight:

ATG Squats: 173 kg x 5 reps
Dumbbell bench press: 82kg (41kg / dumbbell) x 12 reps
Deadlift: 168kg x 10 reps
Romanian Deadlift: 165kg x 10 reps
Military press: 64kg x 8 reps
Hack squat: 190kg x 10 reps

Currently my routine is scheduled for my start on stage in 2021 in natural bodybuilding in Spain
I am 28 years old, 176 cm, weight 82 kg, I still have a lot to grow
