I had been keeping a log on and off in the O35 section, but my lack of consistency convinced me to move it to here instead. I have been taking some time off, but now I am back in the swing of things following a modified Bulgarian Asshat routine that I am thinking about marketing to morons with issues of self hate, man boobs and reverse narcissism.
The stats that matter:
Squat- 575 (belt and wraps)
Bench- 445 (Wrist Wraps + Pause)
DeadLift- 580 (belt + Weeping)
So after a bit of time off I started training again.

Squat- 135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 405x2, 425x2
Deads- 495x1, 515x1
Did not want to push it too much today since I will be doing these same exercises (plus one or two more) tomorrow.
