Do you always lockout Overhead/Flat/Incline Presses? Does it depend on how heavy you are going? By lockout I mean the final ~1/6 portion of the rep. I'm asking mainly in relation to long term shoulder and A.C. joint health. Vets. opinion appreciated.
I'm recovering from a.c. joint irritation and have started doing presses again. I'm noticing the lockout portion of the rep is pretty much only where I can feel the injury now.
