Hi Coach, hope you are well and life is treating you good. Would the Cossak Squat or Wide stance Squat be suitable EQI stretching exercises for the groin, abductor area? With regards to EQI stretching exercises for the Lower Body, do you use light weight or is bodyweight suffient?
It depends on the goal. If it’s mobility/injury prevention we are talking about 60-75 seconds per set, for gaining muscle and strength 45-60 seconds per set.
If using only body weight is HARD for those durations it will be enough. But if you are trying to build muscle and you can hold the position for 60 seconds, you must add weight.
