  1. I have been reading a lot of studies recently that seem to suggest increased DHA/EPA intake can down regulate our bodies natural production of GLA. With the dosages of fish oils many of us take would it be advisable to get a little GLA directly each day via borage or primrose oil?

  2. Any negatives to lecithin supplementation? The stuff is dirt cheap and seems to have a number of possible healtb benefits. (Plus the granuals are pretty damn tasty too)

  3. Those colon detox cleansing systems: Is their any science that suggests they actually DO something?

  4. Finally, one bizarre food questions I could not find an answer to: Does processed cocoa have the same health benefits of chocolate? Considering the stuff as calorie free it would be awesome if it did.
