take milk thisle with NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) and that should do the trick. get about 500-600mg of milk thisle with about 500mg of nac for as long as you need it.

How do you know it is damaged?

If anything, this would be a good question for a liver specialist, not necessarily a bodybuilding forum.
