It doesn’t look like you are actually carb cycling- as you only listed one carb amount. What day would that be for?
Why would you even consider a post-workout meal on a day when you don’t work out? You have to have “work out” to need a post “workout” meal.
At that calorie level the fats don’t look too high.
Also- you are 6’-2" and 280lbs- are you trying to gain or cut?
