I’m trying to cut down to the 165 class and I’m way too fat right now. I will be using the water shedding technique but it’s not enough. I need to lose some bodyfat.
Do you think LISS cardio will significantly affect my strength? I only plan to do 10-20 minutes of walking on the treadmill or walking my dog every morning.
If I can’t cut down in time I’ll just compete in the 181’s
