Hi to all.
I’m John and I’m 45 years old.
Last two years I have this problem when I do squats. To tell the truth, I do feel my knees funny even after leg press or even after static bicycle with serious resistance (always use ice therapy after those) but with squats… last time I’ve tried again I spend a week in bed after I visited an orthopedist.
In my early years I mainly squat for legs so I’m pretty sure that my form is right.
I’m very disappointed…
Any help on exercises that will help?
