I just had my wisdom teeth removed and the doctor said that I should keep it to liquids for 3-4 days and then carefully chew some solids for a week.
This is terrible timing, and being at school I’m having problems with diet. I’m taking in milk, Metabolic Drive Complete, and I’ve made shakes out of 2-3 eggs+ vanilla ice cream+ peanut butter. I feel terribly malnurished, and i’m barely getting 1500 calories a day, when I used to take about 3600. Does anyone have any suggestions?
