Make sure you get a Surgeon Certified by The American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Their site (with a search engine to find a surgeon) can be found at www.plasticsurgery.com.
Yeah, quacks indeed! I saw some special on tv(when I actually watched the damn thing) about how there were a bunch of clinics in Cali. performing plastic surgery who wern’t completely certified. The effects of this were also showed, and it wasn’t pretty! Poor people…
