Your results are not awful, but, while we shouldn’t have to amputate anything in the near future, you would do well to take some steps to address this.

Appreciate the info man. I decided to cut out milk and switch to egg whites. I drink a lotttttt of milk and I think that has something to do with my TG being high.

Have you been bulking? Lots of processed/fast foods? Body fat%? Have you put on significant size/weight?
