The forum related tidbit is that old posts of mine with links to articles no longer resolve correctly as it appears as if the articles have been moved to new locations. For instance, this post
has two links that no longer resolve correctly. The article which was previously at

I’m not even going to pretend that I know what the content management system behind T-Nation is, but I wouldn’t be surprised if somewhere deep in the stack there isn’t an nginx configuration and I wish that when articles were moved the appropriate redirects (rewrites) had been added.

It appears some old articles weren’t restyled correctly. For instance,
