Hi all,

Had a look down the main page and couldn't find but was looking for a few weeks ago an article was posted about how many reps should be performed for specific muscles to stimulate growth. Wondering if anyone can link me to this? Sorry if this was in wrong part of forums but none seemed appropriate.

He's on a facebook group fighting with another pretty strong guy all the time about squatting atg,westside being good or not ect
