So Chest/shoulders/tris, Back, Biceps, Legs.
What about the rep ranges and number of sets.
I like it. I did the first 3 days heavier-3 to 5 reps focusing on strength. The other three days were lighter stopping short of failure in the 10-12 Rep range.
