limping and sprinting

would adding a sprinting session (either TC’s 50 yard dash program or one of coach davies) once a week have more of a postive or negative effect on the program. If it would be postive what day and time should i add it on? I guess it would depend on my goal which is size and strength but a increase in speed would also be nice

Not sure which program you are referring to. However you certainly can augment your training with some sprint work without negatively impacting upon your goals. Please let me know how I can assist. In faith, Coach Davies
