Do weighted walks and runs. Sprints, swings, snatches. Get ups, overhead presses, juggle the bell, flip it, goblet squats, weight vest squats, push ups, pull ups, planks, weighted jumps, distance suitcase walks, etc. Don't worry about programming if you dont want to.
