I am about 5 weeks into this training regimen. It's working well. 3 on 1 off. SLD 5x1 (1x20 added in once in a while) BB Rows 3x5, weighted chins 3x2, fat grip curls 4-5 sets of 1-5 with bb shrugs added in every other workout. BB press, DB press, decline bb, and weighted dips. BB Push press, db push press, db bench, and bw dips on the 2nd upper workout of the week. Leg day 20 rep death squat, yoke bar squat and zercher squat. I will elaborate more later as I need to get ready for work.
