Like a Nightmare


I’m gonna try to be as serious and as focused as I possibly can.

M-W-F: Squat, Dead, Bench, Hang Clean
T-TR-Sat-Sun: Other stuff

Conditioning: Burpees, Sprints, Football Drills, 2 mile run, 5 mile run, Boxing

Chest: Bench Press, Dumbbell Press, Dips, Push ups, Wide Grip Bench, Incline bench,

Quads: Front Squats, Hack squats, Single Leg Press
Ass/Glutes: Glute Ham Raise, Lunges,
Hamstring: Romanian Deads, Stiff Leg Deadlifts, Single LEG Work

Upper to Mid-Back: Deadlifts and variations, Bent Over Rows, Dumbell Rows, Pull ups.

Lower Back: Good Morning
Traps: Shrugs, Dumbell shrugs, Power Shrugs

Triceps: Dips, Diamond push ups, Skull crushers, extensions, single dumbbell extensions

Biceps: Curls, Heavy curls, dumbell curls, hammer curls
Forearm/Grips: Sand grabs, Wrist Curls

Thursday- Feb 12

Post my training in a few hours.

Thursday night/12:40-2am

Dumbell Press-4x10(Pull-ups 5x3)
*Was strong early, but after the second set, it got harder. Pulls were hard too. I didn’t know I gained so much weight8

Dumbbell Row- 4X7 (Single Leg Curls-4x10)
Took the rows slow so that I wouldn’t tweak my back, but it was ok. Single leg curls were great. The pain in my right leg was gone

Romanian Dead lifts-4x7(Dips-4x5)
Rom’s were, but my lower back was strained. Probably the weight gain is all. Dips were harder than usual. Again, weight gain.

Friday is where the real work is done. Deadlifts, Squats, Bench, and Hang Cleans.

Deadlift 5x5
Bench 3x5

Gym closed

*** Gym closed on me, but I’ll come back in the morning and finish my workout.

Squat 2x20
*** Oh boy, what fun. I

Dips 5x5
*** Upper body still burning from Yesterday’s workout. Did what I could without busting my ass

Hammer Curls 4x7
***I hate curling. I’m probably the only person on earth who hates to curl. I’d much rather do pull ups.

Single Leg Curls 3x10
***Very light weight. Only trying to heal up my leg.

Pull ups 5x2
*** Still weak, so the reps were no higher than 2. Considering how much I weigh, I’m glad I did one

I’m getting an idea of what my training sessions will be like. I’m definently keeping the 20 rep squats.

Deadlifts 5x3
***Heavy set. I’ve gotten weaker, but I did good. Metallica helps

Bench Press 5x3
***Heavy only because my left pec was still hurting, I missed it by a few reps.

Pull ups 5x2
***Not bad

Dips 5x5
***Left Pec…ouch

Wrist Roller 4x10
***Burns, what a surprise

Single Leg Curls 3x10
***Burns

I lifted a total of 5lbs and had a zima for my recovery drink. Happy now Bloobird?

Could you post the weights you’re lifting?

Curls are silly and stupid. Zima is worse.

The sickness has passed and I called all my sexual partners and informed them that they should get checked out.

Tues or Mon:

10x3 Bench Press with 30 sec rest between sets
Good enough, weaker than before

10x3 Bent Over Row with 30 sec rest during breaks

10x3 Dips(Hammer Curls during breaks)

4x10 Leg Curls

Wednesday night/Thursday Morning

10x3 Power Cleans with 30 sec rest between sets
Lower back was hurting. Stretch between sets

10x3 Pull ups
*** May only be 3, but I’m not mad***

2x20 Squat
Light weight, needed a burn

5x5 Lunges

Hit the heavy bag for a few minutes before going home.

Thursday Morning. Have to be at work around 7am. Its 5am here. And it takes an hour to get to work. Damn.

Got Broccoli, Beef Roast, and a orange for my lunch. Getting ready for work right now. Think of my workouts while at work.

Dr. said I am fine. Thank goodness!
