In the HST training they recommend you to do light cardio? What would be some examples of light cardio? 5’7"/200 lbs. Especially if I’m trying to cut as much fat as possible while mainting around the same LBM.
Light cardio = (220 - your age) x .70 Example, if you are 34 yrs old then take (220-34) which equals 186 times .70 which equals 130 beats per minute. Do this for 20 to 30 minutes 3 times a week. Use an elliptical machine or some type of machine that will read your pulse… Dig?
