I am a little new to lifting, working out for a little over a year with Starting Strength. I was making awesome gains and really enjoying it. Then I hurt my shoulder, Physical therapist said its Supraspinatus Tendinitis and its really affecting me as I haven’t lifted for over two months.
I understand I cant do any shoulder movements until it is fully healed, but I was wondering if there are any exercises or isolation lifts that I can do safely until its fully healed. I hate going on for so long without working out. I was making great gains and its now all going away.
