Lifting with Bruised Muscles

At a hockey game last week I bruised the back of my forarm(posterior side of the ulna to be precise). And when I was doing preacher ez curls earlier this week it would not hurt during the lift but only at the very top. Then my wrist seemed to bother later in the workout, so I’m wonder if these could be related at all, which I thought unlikely, but I figured I would ask you guys anyway.
