Today was a wild day.
First off, I have taken up Pro Wrestling as a sort of hobby/sport. Fortunately, I was trained years ago when I was in high school. As such, last week I jumped right back in the fray; I had one training session, and then had my first match on last Friday. As such, I am busting my ass to get in the proper condition.
Weight Training Today

but 3 sets of 8,6,4
This was followed by about 20 minutes of Stretching, Wrestling Bridges, neck crunches, and headstands.
Then 20 minutes of interval walk/running (1/8th of a mile run with 1/16 of mile walk)
Then 10 minutes of sauna.
So I thought I was done working out, but then a fellow wrestler called me and asked me to come train in a town about an hour away with Manny Fernandez. I threw on my clothes (I was in the locker room), walked home, and got in the car and drove.
We trained in a shed with no air conditioning (so it was about 100+ degrees), and Manny worked with us for an hour or so in that scorching shed.
