Hey! I’m currently 4 weeks in to your Power look routine, and loving it. I’ll have to take a break from that as My wife just had our 5th child so I’m looking at several weeks of interrupted sleep &very limited gym time (she had a c-section so I want to give her as much recovery time as possible before she has to be home alone with the kiddos).
Any advice for maintaining strength & muscle during this time? I’m expecting push-ups & the chin up bar in the garage to be my best friends…
