Squat - 315x5 365x1 405x1 (put wraps on for this) 405x2 (reverse band lights) 315x5,3 135x12 (against light bands)
Squatting 405 for the first time since the injury, as grinder, but very happy I got it up, Very happy about getting 365 with out wraps as well. May include more reverse band squatting in my routine.
OH Press - 135x10 185x5 225x4,4 230x3 250x F A I L 185x10 I KNOW if I didnt do 2 sets of 225 I would have had it, went up half way
Chins - 10, +25 5, +45 4, +25 5. Against light bands 5,4,4,4 (41)
Meadows Row - 1plt x 20, 2plt x 10 , 3plt x 10, 4plt x 5
