It looks like I will be working with Mike Tuchscherer for at least 12 weeks beginning at the end of the month. If anyone wants to work with him LMK and we both get 10% off, I cant help it its the Jew in me lol.

Rick my lifts are Squat 400 in a meet 410 in the gym, Bench 325 meet 365 in the gym (wrapped and Tng) and 510 Dead meet and 515 in the gym. Hey Im a long ways off but Im gonna shoot for the stars!

Squatting 405 for the first time since the injury, as grinder, but very happy I got it up, Very happy about getting 365 with out wraps as well. May include more reverse band squatting in my routine.

OH Press - 135x10 185x5 225x4,4 230x3 250x F A I L 185x10 I KNOW if I didnt do 2 sets of 225 I would have had it, went up half way
