I lift 5 times a week and keep a proper diet
Twice a week for 10 weeks
On week 8
I'll take milk thistle 3000mg
And saw palmetto 2000mg daily for 4 weeks.
(2 weeks before fishish cycle and 2 weeks after finish cycle)
This is what was recommended to me by a pro lifter,
Is this a proper post cycle to clean toxiins and reactivate
my testosterone the fastest?
