Lifting / diet workout app

any recommendations for an app to document lifting diet etc

FitNotes for lifting (or starting a training log, hint hint).
LoseIt or MyFitnessPal for nutrition.

Probably wrong forum, unless you want this to turn into a training thread.


I like using a notebook and pen. The best part is they’re free since I just had them lying around. It’s also super easy to reference what weight you did on an exercise, as you can just flip through a few pages.
